Cole Evans
OWNER & MANAGER Cole has been with Cenizo for 20 years and in the construction industry for over 21. He worked for the founders of Cenizo as an operator and project foreman for 8 years before buying the company in 2013 along with his wife, Megan. His expansive time in the field prepared him to not just maintain Cenizo's success, but expand the company to 4 new, diverse markets and grow the Cenizo team by over 400% since becoming an owner. Cole not only directs overall operations, but also leads the estimating and bidding of projects and remains involved in day-to-day office and field operations.
Megan Evans
OWNER & MANAGER Before purchasing Cenizo with Cole, Megan also worked for the original company founders for 3 years, learning all aspects of office administration. Upon buying the company, she used this experience to effectively run and lead the company and has since implemented countless new programs, platforms, and processes that have allowed Cenizo to improve its efficiency, quality, and accuracy exponentially.
Cody Muske
FLEET MANAGER & GPS SPECIALST
Cody has been with Cenizo for about 2 and a half years. He ensures our fleet is well-maintained and is an expert at building 4D models for our projects. Before joining Cenizo, Cody was a foreman in a machine shop. His 18 years of experience with fabrication, programming, and mechanics is a tremendous benefit to his role and brings valuable perspective in decision-
making as a member of leadership.
Annika Belicek
HUMAN RESOURCES & MARKETING MANAGER
Annika has been with Cenizo for about 4 years. She began her career with the company as an intern, moved into an HR Administrator role, and is now the HR and Marketing Manager. In her role, Annika's main focus is to build and promote the Cenizo culture and brand, ensuring we treat all our stakeholders exceptionally, as well as contribute to overall business strategy through the lens of HR and Marketing.
