Cole Evans
OWNER & MANAGER
Cole has been with Cenizo for 21 years and brings more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry. Before becoming an owner, he spent eight years working for Cenizo’s founders as an equipment operator and project foreman, gaining firsthand experience in both field operations and project management. In 2013, Cole became an owner of Cenizo alongside his wife, Megan, and has since played a key role in expanding the company into four new and diverse markets and significantly growing its team. Today, Cole oversees the company’s field operations, leads project estimating and bidding, and remains actively involved in both office and field activities.
Megan Evans
OWNER & MANAGER
Before purchasing Cenizo with Cole, Megan spent three years working for the company’s original founders, developing a comprehensive understanding of Cenizo’s administrative operations. As an owner, she has drawn on that experience to strengthen and modernize the company’s internal operations, implementing new programs, platforms, and processes that have significantly improved efficiency, quality, and accuracy. Through her leadership, Megan has helped build the systems necessary to support Cenizo’s continued growth and evolvement.
Cody Muske
FLEET MANAGER & GPS SPECIALST
Cody has been with Cenizo for approximately four years, overseeing the maintenance and reliability of the company’s fleet while also serving as an expert in developing 4D models for Cenizo’s projects. Before joining Cenizo, Cody worked as a machine shop foreman, where he developed extensive expertise in fabrication, programming, and mechanics. With 18 years of experience in these areas, he brings a valuable technical perspective to his role and provides important insight in decision-making as a member of Cenizo’s leadership team.
Annika Belicek
HUMAN RESOURCES & MARKETING MANAGER
Annika has been with Cenizo for about five years, beginning her career with the company as an intern and advancing through roles in HR to become HR and Marketing Manager. She leads initiatives that strengthen Cenizo’s culture, develop its brand, and foster strong relationships internally and externally. As a member of the leadership team, Annika also contributes to the company’s broader business strategy, bringing an integrated HR and marketing perspective to support continued growth and long-term success.
