- Enforce Stop Work Authority to prevent an unsafe incident from occurring.
- Assure compliance with all company safety, health, and security programs and practices.
- Provide training to our team and build on their foundation and job skills.
- Regularly review and evaluate safety, health, and security programs, procedures, and practices to assure that they are effective and up to date.
- Ensure timely and appropriate reporting and investigation of all incidents including the identification of factors that require re-training and steadfast corrective actions.

Our Safety Policies
At Cenizo Services, our HSE Policy Program includes over 132 strategic policies that provide directives along with standard operating procedures to promote the safest workplace possible. All of our policies are available upon request and our HSE team maintains a rigorous process of ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as operator policies.
OIL & GAS HSE PROGRAM
Services provided by Cenizo Services include a variety of specialized services in this industry. We adhere to the requirements of our operators and provide Hazard Assessments for our team as they work on New Site Construction, New Road and Sendero Construction, Frac Pond Construction, Pad Reclamation and cleanup, mulching, ROW mowing and various others. Our programs are customized to adhere to OSHA standards and are available for review in our ISNetworld Account.
RANCH SERVICES HSE PROGRAM
While this line of services enables us to work in remote locations, we adhere to OSHA standards and comply with all applicable laws. We provide our team with an HSE Program that focuses on engineering controls in elimination of hazards. The controls are coupled with administrative controls that are written in our HSE Program. Whether constructing new roads or senderos, plowing out roots, stacking brush, constructing new tanks, feed stations, and more, our team is required to adhere to the program.
OPERATOR HSE PROGRAMS
We understand various Operators require specialized training when working on their job sites and our compliance has set us apart. We provide operator training to all of our team and ensure they fully understand the requirements of our clients while working on their job sites. When there is an absence of an HSE Program by our client, we follow our HSE Program.
